The visible light transmittance/reflection rate and haze meter is a dedicated instrument designed and manufactured by Lonroy for testing the transmittance of architectural glass. It is also applicable to the measurement of the transmittance of float glass, insulating glass, tempered glass, laminated glass, coated glass, automotive glass, etc.
Equipment Introduction
This instrument uses a tungsten halogen lamp, a parallel light tube, an integrating sphere, and a photovoltaic cell to measure the ratio of the luminous flux before and after the light passes through the glass. Through a specially designed filter, the ultraviolet and infrared components of the tungsten halogen lamp are filtered out, and the spectrum is corrected to the relative radiation spectrum of the D65 light source, obtaining the total visible light transmittance of the glass in accordance with the requirements of the national standard GB2680-1994. If no spectral correction is made, it is the A light source, meeting the technical requirements of the GB5137.2-2002 "Test Methods for Optical Properties of Automotive Safety Glass" standard. By adjusting the position of the baffle inside the integrating sphere and the position of the sample placement, the transmittance, reflectance, and haze of the glass can be tested respectively.
