LR-Q008 Automatic Insertion and Extraction Force Testing Machine
1. Product Description
The machine can test the following items: connector single hole plug and pull test, connector plug and pull life test, connector Normal Force test, connector row plug and pull test, connector single Pin and plastic holding force test, various compression, tensile failure strength test, can be connected with the contact impedance machine at the same time (optional).
2. Characteristics of machine
1. The test conditions are set by the computer screen and can be stored. By the drop-down menu check set or directly input data. (including test category, direction of motion determination, range of load determination, range of stroke determination, location of origin of stroke, detection of origin of stroke, speed determination, total number of determinations, pause time each waiting position, number of air pressure, etc.).
2. It can store and print graphics (load-stroke curve graph - load attenuation life curve graph - inspection report). The protection function of load element over load can ensure that the load element is not damaged.
3. Display load-stroke curve and life curve at the same time.
4. Automatic load zero detection, and can set the original point detection load value.
5. Load unit display: N, lb, gf, Kgf can be freely switched.
6. It can be matched with several load elements at the same time (2Kgf/5Kgf/20Kgf/50Kgf optional).
7. The machine adopts high rigidity structure design, with servo motor, can ensure the accuracy under long time use, suitable for general tensile compression test and plug and pull force life test.
8. Stop exceeding the specification value (during the life test, the machine will automatically stop when the test data exceeds the set upper and lower limits.
9. Measurement items: maximum load value, peak value, valley value, travel load value, travel load value insertion point resistance value, load or travel resistance value.
